3. Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship mainly to the USA. Additional countries will be added soon.

After the order is processed, we cannot modify the address.

At this time, we do not accept physical returns.
We only offer refunds or replacements if the item arrives:

8. What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
9. My package says “delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help open an investigation with the carrier.
