SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. What are your shipping times?

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days
    (Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.)

2. How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

3. Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).

4. Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we ship mainly to the USA. Additional countries will be added soon.

All payments are encrypted and secure.

6. I made a mistake in my address. What should I do?

Please contact us within 12 hours at contact@novaluxeliving.com.
After the order is processed, we cannot modify the address.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

7. Do you accept returns?

At this time, we do not accept physical returns.

We only offer refunds or replacements if the item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

8. What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Email us at contact@novaluxeliving.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

9. My package says “delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

Please check:

  • your mailbox

  • your building lobby

  • your neighbors

  • the local post office

If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help open an investigation with the carrier.

Many items in our collection are handcrafted or produced in small batches, which may result in slight variations.
This is what makes each piece unique.

11. Are the colors accurate?

We do our best to display accurate colors.
However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display differences.
